Over the course of the last two years Rami has been quietly revealing a secret world of dreams and glorious hushed sounds over three album releases.
Satellite Stories recent Vagabonds album – produced by Simon “Barny” Barnicott, who had previously worked with bands like Arctic Monkeys, Temper Trap, and Bombay Bicycle – has pulled the band forward once again, helping to establish the Finnish 4 piece as one of the countries leading exports on the international music scene.
This years Record Store Day 2015 sees two special releases from Gim Kordon & Oceans
Oceans return with new single Sundown, which will feature on a forthcoming Oceans EP due later this year. This time Efe Tekkanat (Oceans) has teamed up with Noah Kin for Sundown, Noah producing the track and co-writing.
Following on from the much loved Bond single, Mumrunner return with End, bringing a different kind of energy. Graceful urgency, dreamy vocals and a comedown chorus all lead to a massive instrumental break that tilts End to new directions. End gives us another glimpse of Mumrunner’s debut EP Full Blossom.
For those of you with sharp minds, you may have noticed that Finnish music title Soundi premiered the new single from Gim Kordon, Vieläkin On Ikävä last Friday.
We’re very proud and honoured because today (20th March) sees the release of Black Lizard‘s second full length album Solarize, available via the Soliti label.
