Telephone Romeo’s debut album arrives on the 5th June.

“Telephone Romeo isn’t looking for perfection, they’re looking for persistence. And sometimes, that’s much more powerful.” Extravsfrench

Telephone Romeo – the project of producer and artist Aleksi Skippari announce their debut self titled album – Telephone Romeo is set to be released by Soliti on the 5th June 2026.

Aleksi tells us of the 10 track album
“After years of singles, EP’s, brewing concepts and exploring different sides of artistry, it’s finally time to present Telephone Romeo as a whole, fully realised, at this point in time anyway. The album delves into personal struggles and revelations with life, love and relationships. Finding your place in your own life and the role you play in others. A reminder that there is so much more to you than you might realise. Compared to earlier releases this album is more personal, vulnerable and lyric focused, where I really wanted to say what I mean and mean what I say. To reflect this the production is more stripped back to focus on what’s important for the song and the message. This is an album where influences are worn on the sleeve, immediacy is crucial and sincerity is essential.

Along with the album announcement, Telephone Romeo releases the follow up to the very well received “Muscle Memory” single – “Ways of The World” is released on the 20th March.

Telephone Romeo explains their feelings behind “Ways of the World”
“This song works as a personal reminder to myself and hopefully to others that the fight for a better tomorrow, be it in your personal life or the issues in the world at large, is not lost if you choose to act on kindness, love and empathy instead of anger, hate and apathy. I’ve had my own struggles with anger and hate towards myself, others and the world and I hit a breaking point last year which gave birth to this song. Telephone Romeo acts as this calming voice in the storm brewing inside my head. I had to change my perspective on things or it would swallow me whole from which there would be no turning back. I had to choose a better tomorrow or the whole future would be lost.”
