As we approach summer the release schedule (at least regarding albums) slows down a little here at Soliti but many of the bands play shows around Finland and other parts of Europe.
Big Wave Riders
Big Wave Riders play their first live shows abroad this week, when they visit The Great Escape Festival in Brighton UK, dates are as follows:

This all follows the release of the brand new Big Wave Riders track Waiting In The Wings which has been lighting up the blogsphere this week. A new album drops through Soliti late summer.
Black Twig
Black Twig play their first German date on 30th May in Berlin @ The Prince Charles club as part of a Finnish Wave Night , organized by the excellent Nordic By Nature. Ruis Rock, Kuudes Aisti and Flow Festival mean Black Twig have a healthy Finnish festival programme this summer.

Cats On Fire
As previously reported Cats On Fire have announced some Swedish shows for the summer, but you can catch their last Finnish shows for awhile this coming week. According to last weeks’ feature by Neil Kulkarni in The Guardian, Cats on Fire are responsible for “some of the best pop music being made on the planet right now” and All Blackshirts To Me is “European album of the year”.
